   I half feel like turning my debugging skills at this problem, and
am sorta in the research phase. Does anyone have a disassembly of the
HFS.FST? Which books (or online sources) have full info on the disk
format? Those of you smart enough to partition your drives on a mac
first, and run Norton or some other util on the drive, what does
Norton report as being the problem(s).

   No guarantees that I'll actually do anything, just interested in
collecting info.
