I'd buy at least a IIe or even better a IIgs for a BBS. The IIc can handle hard
disks with difficulty, they're slow (no real SCSI interface).
Mail me for more info on Metal / FutureVISION, one of THE packages for the
Apple II to set up a BBS. Up to 33.6k modem support and get connected to the
(shrinking) FutureNET network. Your BBS will give you and your users internet
access (email, filemail and usenet) and it's userdefinable, i.e. you can edit
your source files as you would like them...
