Got a Pee Cee

Well this week-end I got a 486 DX2 50. In keeping with my vow to never 
spend my hard earned money on *BM compatable machine it was given to me! 
Yes it was free! I don't even have it set up yet as I only have room for 
one computer and I want to use the best, gee I wonder what that would 
be(hint GS).

I have been thinking and I wonder why Apple dosen't put out a Power PC 
mother board that a person could throw into one of those tower cases? I 
would take that *bm mother board out of that computer that was given to 
me and throw a Power PC mother board in. Even better if some enterprising 
person(s) would get WDC to make a 32 bit 65832 (100 mhz) processor and 
make a mother board that was compatable with the GS that you could put in a 
tower case I would buy one of those if I had to take out a loan!

If I had been given this computer a month ago I wouldn't have had to by 
the tower that I now have connected to my GS. So far I only have a 278 
meg hard drive in it and it works flawlessly. But I'll post more on that 
later. Thanks to all that responded and helped me with my tower project.
