The memory map is as follows:
Cn00-CnEF 8x 240 byte ROM banks
CnF0-CnF7 32x 8 byte battery backed up RAM banks
CnF7 I/O select default (Bank 0 only) (I7..I1, bit 0 unused)
CnF8 RAM/ROM select (RAS4,RAS2,RAS1,RAS0,RAS8,ROS2,ROS1,ROS0)??
CnF9 Clock Data I/O Para SP Status
(Spare,+OBE,-,-,+CD4,+CD2,+CD1,+CD0)??
CnFA/B Serial chip (INS2651)
CnFC I/O Select Mapper (+I07..+IO1,-)
CnFD Parallel Data Out
CnFE Clock Address & Control (MSM5832), Serial Control
(+SCR,+CH,+CW,+CR,+CA4,+CA2,+CA1,+CA0)??
