Ram Works III

I recently bought an  Apple IIe system at a garage sale.  When I
opened it up.  I found a Ram Works III memory board with 1 Meg of
memory on it.  Unfortunately there was no software with it.  I did
however find the manual.  

Does anyone know anything about this board, and the company Applied
Engineering.  Is there another company that now supporting this board,
and is there any way to get the software that can access it.
