Yes, ImageQuant v0.3 - from Tim Meekins, can convert TIFF graphics format.
It also reads and converts; RAW 24 (word), GIF, PPM/PGM format,
AST/Visionary, IFF/ILBM and Windows(tm) BMP -> to 3200 color or C1 IIGS
graphics format. I'll also be reviewing this program, in the
(soon-to-be-released) 'GS WorldView' Freeware EZine, Vol. 1, Number 1,
due to be released on 11-14-95.
