IIgs power supply specs needed!

Can somebody tell me EXACTLY what kind of power supply can be used on a GS?
Wattage, voltage, amps, best kind of parts, etc.  The power supply died on me
after I installed a hard drive (I had no idea it would be the last time I could
power down!).  It was the one that came with the Vulcan HD; this fucker died 
after a 200 meg drive went to hell a few months ago, then a 340 meg refused to
work with it, then I finally found a 170 meg that worked with it!  For those 
who know about electronics, the power supply has a dead short.

Please email the specs.  Thanks in advance for those who do. . .
