Yes Indeed!  Everything Joe said concerning BRCC is correct and 
accurate.

I had a lengthy telephone conversation today with John at BRCC, to 
advise him of the 3rd party letter of declaration of public domain 
status for Photonix II (all versions and src. codes), from Olivier 
Goguel, after my cal to him in France, earlier this morning!  

Joh and I were discussing the status of BRCC and he made it clear that 
the Scarlett News Letter was DEAD and he was cleaning up the final GS 
stuff from his hard drive, as we spoke.  John also mentioned that he was 
working on an old GS program he had developed, that he might be able to 
finish and release, which allowed 3200 color printing from the GS!  It 
that amazing or what?

I had hoped to be able to take over the support of BRCC, as a freeware
distribution outlet and continue with the publication and distribution 
of Scarlett, from a proposal and conversation, I had with John - back in 
late 1994.  That won't happen.  BRCC will end for good, with the close 
of this year.

John is doing most of his work for the MAC platform now, as he plans to 
in the future.  The remnants and remains of BRCC, with respect to the 
IIe and IIc stock, is all in the hands of Joe and SSII now.
