Need help ID'ing card

I picked up a ][gs system the other day, came with a MDideas PCB OctoRam 
but no manual.... Don't know anything about it... Control Panel shows 
1.25 megs... I've never seen this type of memory card for the ][gs 
before.  It has 4 30 pin simms with 4 more empty ones, 5 jumper swithes, 
the first 3 are on the left and the last 2 are on the right, has 8 silver 
pins sticking out and 2 rows of gold pin right next to the gold fingers 
(i'm guessing it's for 'piggy-backing').

So can someone tell me all they know about this memory card?  What's the 
orignal price?  What do the switches do?? Maxium megs???
