Can I use a Magnavox monitor with a IIGS?

I have a Magnavox RGB Monitor 80 which was hooked to an old 8086 PC clone.
 
This monitor has to 3 input entries labeled "CVBS in", "TTL RGB", and
"lin. RGB". It also has a CVBS/RGB switch.
 
Can I connect that to an Apple IIGS?
 
Also, what kind of cable is used to connect the IIGS to the monitor?
I have the cable that came with the 8086 clone, can I use that?
 
(I am a //e user, but I am planning to upgrade to a IIGS soon).
