Multi-Kache card

I'm in desperate need of help folks!

If there's ANYONE out there that has the proprietary software for the
now-defunct Ohio-Kache Co.'s Multi-Kache card, I REALLY need it!  If you
DO have this software, PLEASE let me know, as I need to format/partition
a large hard-drive for use on a //e, and the software I DO have does not
recognize the card as usable by it.  I also need this software to
arrange the order of drives and partitions so I can boot from my HD
instead of my 5.25".

I haven't had time to read this or any other IN forum in many moons, but
I hope there's someone out there that has that software and responds to
