Since you already have an AOL account, I'd like to point out that there is
still an Apple II forum area on America Online which is monitored by a few
die hard Apple II fans.  You can use keyword: APPLEII to access it
directly from a Macintosh.  PC users can reach it using the path though
the Computing Forums area under the "Apple Forums".

If you prefer going the live chat route, I have to admit that the GEnie
Roundtable is the best solution for that.
