It is on the "Install" disk.  There is probably also a copy on the
"System.Disk" disk.  In both cases, it is the P8 file in the System
folder.

Yes, 2.0.3 is the latest.  It is on IIgs System 6.0.1, and was also
available on the latest Apple II system disk (4.0.2?), but it appears
that the latter has disappeared from Apple's FTP servers.
