If the apple beeps only once it is working. The screen is black and a 
cusor is blinking in the lowest line. 
The video signal is "fbas" or "composite video". A TV set uses this signal
internally. If your TV has only HF input, you need a "HF modulator".
Call an electronic shop, they should have such devices.
