MacGS?
I've seen references to this program before, but have never come across
any information on it at all. Is it an Apple IIgs emulator for the
Macintosh? If not, does one exist at all? It doesn't have to be great,
just functional (I've always loved tweaking things that shouldn't work
into working... such was the beauty of hacking the II...)
Unfortunately I have limited space at school and, quite frankly, my Mac
Performa 575 does me a whole lot more good (10MB ram, 160MB HD, Zip
drive, internal 28.8 modem and EtherNet) than my beloved old GS (ROM 3,
2.125 MB RAM, dual 800K floppies and a 143K 5.25", and of course the old
AppleColor RGB monitor...) And as space is limited, guess which one I
brought?
But I'd love to be able to run my II-warez on the Mac; I have Stop the
Madness (a II+ emulator that works _surprisingly_ well), but no GS
support (heck, not even AppleWorks 3.x+ support...:(
Is there any hope? Or am I stuck using generic MacinWarez?
Thanks!
