Modified W3D pallette

All right, if you could upload the new color palette, it would be much
appreciated! I can easily get in contact with the Burgermeister/Vitesse and
give it to them. However, I heard that Bill got a job with another programming
firm and we might never see the final product, with your pallette or not.
 
In any case, we can definitely give it a shot -- my address is at the bottom of
this message as always.
 
I'd be interested in finding out what you're working on game wise!
