The reality is that nearly all software on my IIgs is much more stable
than a fair proportion of the software on my PC (so big and bloated
that it will probably never be bug free).
Notable exceptions on the IIgs are Faxination (I can easily make this
crash) and AppleWorks GS (at times - it is usually OK).
