Two come to mind:

1. I think that the original ROM on the ProFile card needs to be
   upgraded to work on a IIgs.  I don't have the relevant Apple product
   codes available, and it is possible that you already have the
   compatible ROM version.

   There might also be a hardware modification required, but I'm less
   sure of that.

2. Five megabytes is not big enough to be of much use with GS/OS.  :-)
