You may prefer to pull UP the Open Apple key (switch 0), to guarantee
that any reset will do a cold start. If you pull it down, there is a
small chance that a power-up reset will not actually reboot the
machine (if location $3F4 happens to contain a valid "funny
complement" of location $3F3).
