APPLE II EXPANSION, FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Version 0.1  (Part 1 of 2); September 21, 1995

 *** NOTES:  This version is a development document, not yet a rough draft. 
Any and all comments are welcomed and desired.  I know that I do not have
the knowledge to accurately or completely finish this work.  This is our
FAQ.  Some of you will already recognize your comments and advise in this
version.  I have included in some form all suggestions that were posted in
the csa2 newsgroup and those sent to me via e-mail as of 9/20/95.  If you
have made a suggestion, and do not see it in this work, assume that it did
not reach me, and please send it again. There was a wonderful response to my
initial post, and I hope that even more people provide input into this one.
Thanks to All!  I haven't been able to respond to everyone, but be assured
you are not being ignored.  There just hasn't been enough time while I have
been pulling together all the great ideas.

Which brings me to my next two objectives.

1.  Finalize the Category List (as much a possible)
2.  Begin Content Format Design

I would like your advice.

Please look over the Category List.  Are there any Categories that have been
missed?  Sub-categories that should be refined or added?  I have included a
few example cards just to keep everything straight in my head.  The next
pass of this document will provide a larger list, and begin asking for
CONTENT input.  If you want to provide content now, please do, but be aware
I will not address those messages until this work has progressed a little
more. Right now I need just categories, sub-categories, etc.

 Please look at the basic content format.  Each separate revision or model
of card will have a separate entry, as will daughter boards, etc.  This pass
will address only common data fields, i.e. those bits of information that
most expansion products have in common.  Have I missed any?  The next pass
of this document will begin looking into the format of information specific
to each category.  Again, if you want to provide category specific formats
now, please do, but it will not be addressed right away.
