I believe the answer is "yes", at least where the 5.25" drives are
concerned.  The UniDisk 5.25 ought to work, and the //c external drive
ought to work, and with the addition of an adapter cable, you ought to be
able to use a Disk ][.

This seems to be a constantly-asked question...
