What exactly is HDT? I have been struggling with my GIG drive, trying to get 
HFS partitions and ProDOS partitions on it, but no luck so far. Will the Mac
mount ProDOS volumes? I need some serious step-by-step instructions on 
taking care of this LaCie Joule drive. I've reformatted it again back to
1 HFS volume. When I used the Apple High speed SCSI utils., I could only get
4 32 MEG partitions. Using Advanced Disk Utilities was also a big pain. 
Y'see, I want to be able to move my drive between my IIGS at home and my
Power Mac at school. Thus far, I am hopelessly stuck. SIlverlining will only
make 1 10 MEG prodos partition. :( HELP!!

Cool, this sounds like what I would like to have my drive set up as...I'm also
in the look out for a 50-50 Centronics SCSI cable. I absolutely HATE booting
from floppies. My RamFAST card does not recognize my drive, either. I can't use
its tools to format the drive.
