Apple IIgs / InnerDrive problems

I'm pissed as hell right now because my IIgs's hard drive has crashed for the 
last time.  I am working on getting some other new computers, but right now I
need to deal with a damaged root directory.  Does anybody have a program that
they would sugest I use?  I don't need to know about how dangerous it is, I
don't care how friendly it is, but I need to repair the root directory.  

Aditionally, I need help moving a font over to the Mac.  My current option is
to either stop using that font (yeah right), or re-create it with ResEdit on 
the mac, which shouldn't be too hard, judging by the fact that I created it in
the first place.  Does anybody have any other options, especially free ones?
I remember that one of the commercial IIgs font editors could move fonts over.
If anybody has a copy they don't need, or perhaps would be willing to convert it
over / lend me the program (i am not a pirate - I would delete it after I move
the font over) I would be eternally grateful and may have a bank or two of 256k
chips I could give you.
