Help with A/D card wanted

Someone was kind enough to give me an Interactive Structures, Inc. AI13
A/D card + manual.  What the person no longer had was the analog board
that goes with the card and the cable.

Does anyone, by the strangest of coincidence, happen to have an analog
board for this card?

Barring that, how about one of the following:

1. A schematic for the analog board so I can make my own?

2. The pinouts for the logic card so I might design my own analog
   board?

3. The address and phone number of someone who once worked for Interactive
   Structures (Malvern, PA) and who might be a source of further info?

I realize that these are shots in the dark, but I would love to use this
card if at all possible.  Thanks in advance for any replies!
