Setting up a Transwarp IIe

I just received a Transwarp IIe card without manual.  So, naturally I have
a few questions before I just plug it in and waste it:

1.  What slot?
2.  Any special software needed?
3.  How fast is it?  It has a 65C02P4, is that 4 MHz?
4.  Incompatibilities, any?
