Oops. Coolwriter v2.0 has bugs. Oops.

There is a bug in CoolWriter v2.0 which basically causes it not to call
_SystemTask which causes NDA clocks to update, etc., until an event,
such as a keypress or mouse click, occurs. Thus, NDAs may not work properly.
CoolWriter v2.0.1 (uploaded today) fixes this problem.
