Well my signal to noise ratio has improved a lot since I discovered the
joys of the Killfile. :) But irrelevant stuff still gets past it, in
followups and what-have-you. It is unfortunate that one butthead can be
so inconsiderate. Having never visited a moderated newsgroup, who
chooses the moderator(s)? How much of a delay is experienced?
Too bad there are no ordinances that prohibit irrelevant, repetitive,
off-topic, obnoxious or inane postings to Usenet newsgroups! :) Then we
could slap the infamous "restraining order" on our buddy Turley.
