You are confusing moral judgements with qualitative judgements. If you
had come to Swarthmore you would have had the insight to realize this. It
certainly is possible to make moral judgements, but not in the way that
you imply, and the Pope is not an expert in this.

In some cases, it is possible that a PC could have advantages over a Mac.
I do not deny that. As an aggregate whole though, more people would find
Macs superior to PC's than vice versa, but because of the peculiarities of
the market of OS's which tend to lead to a monopolistic situation, and
because of Microsloth's concentration on marketing (instead of quality)
they have managed to capture a majority of the market share with an
inferior product. But yes, I would also agree that Win95 is probably a
step up from Win3.1. After all, it does it's best (not good enough, in my
opinion) to copy the Mac. ;)

Sorry, I haven't gotten my computer yet due to PowerMac shipping delays
(coming back to my point that Apple designs good products but has terrible
marketing/supply strategies) so I have to use lab computers. Hence my ID
changes when I don't remember to change personal preferences in
Newswatcher.
