If I understand what you are asking about, I think SDGS is working on 
doing this in a future release of their wordprocessor. Many have asked 
for that feature, along with a spelling checker, and they continue to 
work on it. 
If you can use Appleworks, that can also do the multiple justifications
by imbedding the appropriate control sequences.
