Don't waste your time.  It's a hoax.  The core of the supposed emulator
is a little Applesoft BASIC program that would respond with fake outputs
for a few basic commands such as "dir", "ver", "mem", etc.  The best
test to see if something like this is real is to run "debug" and see if
anything useful can be done in it.
