Do you know what happened to the (50lbs of!) source code etc?
(Referred to in the quote below.)

Also, is there an email or something from Bill that clearly places
this in the public domain? In just 17 years there is almost no trace
of this episode left on the net, so it's only going to get worse as
people in the know pass away.
