Questions about failed posts

HI!
	I have a few questions regarding why posts fail and articles are 
rejected.  I had to try and post the previous article about 7-8 times 
before I was able to get it up.  The message returned was "441 posting 
failed" and then "article rejected."  I've had it happen many times.  
I've also gooten errors on colons, which I don't rememeber what it is 
specifically, but I do remember that when I do go back and do something 
about the colons, the colon error doesn't appear, but my article is 
rejected with the same message as the first one.  Anyone with any idea 
what is happening and an explanation?  Thanks!

PS I don't know what, but I assume this will work, so what was affecting 
it a few hours ago, certainly isn't affecting it now.
