The archive was corrupt when I checked it... Nulib wouldn't touch it. The 
re-uploaded version, however, is fine. In fact, it was moved to the
NEW.FILES (and HOT.FILES, and comm, and 8bit/comm) area, late last
night... So that's
where to look, for anyone who wants to grab a copy.
