Apple File Exchange is included with the System software that came with 
the Mac.  It is also included in the System software that is available 
via ftp at ftp.support.apple.com.  ProDOS File System is available for 
ftp at the same place, but you have to download the whole package for the 
LC-IIe card to get at it.  System 7.5 supposedly includes the ability to 
read ProDos disks directly.
