Apple II being used at robot exhibit

While on vacation this week at the Wisconsin Dells I took the kids to
the Robot World and Exploratorium exhibit.  It included a robot guided
tour of a futuristic space station where everything was controlled by
robots.  There were dozens of robots and other equipment (lights, sounds,
elevators, etc.) that had to be carefully controlled and sequenced.
When we passed by the actual control center for the exhibit I noticed
that from all appearances the entire exhibit was run from a single Apple
IIe!

Just one more piece against those who ask why we still use such old and
"worthless" machines!
