With an original Apple SCSI card, you should have the first and last
devices in the chain terminated. This is because the original Apple SCSI
card doesn't have built-in termination.

If you only have a single device on the SCSI chain, there is no need to
terminate both before and after it. The two terminators are so close
together that they don't work as effectively. You could try it and see
if it makes any difference, but I doubt it would.
