That is "hook", not "hock".
Yes, provided the TV has a direct video input (AV or audio/visual
input, also sometimes called a monitor input).
All you need is the standard IIc-to-monitor cable. This cable can
also be used to connect a IIc to the "video in" input on a VCR.
If the TV only has an antenna (RF) input, you cannot connect the IIc
directly to the TV. You will either have to go through a video, as
above, or get an "RF modulator", which is a box that plugs in between
the IIc and the TV.
