1) yes.  AppleWorks 3.0 or later.  Or an AppleWorks with RAMWorks
   enhancement

2) I think SuperCalc might do it.  I have it on my shelf, but haven't
   used it for years.

3) Sure.  Ask someone on the mac newsgroup.
