Try reseating the chips in the sockets.
1) Turn OFF computer
2) Lift top cover
3) Touch power supply case (computer should still be pluged into wall)
4) Gently press on each chip (you'll hear a slight snap as you press)
   DO NOT PRESS SO HARD AS TO CRACK THE MOTHERBOARD

Heating and cooling causes the chips to "walk" out of their sockets.
