Do you have a VCR and a TV?  The video out port (not the analog RGB port
but that other round one) is compatible with the video in port of a VCR.
With maybe some adjustments (depending on the design of the VCR) you
should be able to pipe the video from the GS to your television screen
in this manner.

Also useful in monitoring to what the kids in the household are gaining
access. :-)
