Yes, but exactly which card depends on what type of drive it is.

There are two possible candidates:

1. The "Macintosh Plus External 800k Drive" (I'm not sure of its
   official name).  This is the same colour as the older Mac Plusses
   (yellowish off-white) and has no eject button.

2. The "Apple 3.5 Drive".  This is the same colour as the newer Mac
   Plusses, Mac SE and later machines, IIgs and newest IIe (platinum)
   and has an eject button.

The former drive will only work on a IIe if you have a "Universal Disk
Controller" card.  This was sold by Central Point Software, but has
not been available for several years.

The latter drive will work with a Universal Disk Controller or with a
"SuperDrive Card" (the official name is the "Apple 3.5 Disk Controller
Card"), which was made by Apple, but is also not available new any more.

Neither drive can be used with the older "Apple IIe UniDisk 3.5
Controller" (also called "Liron", because that word is written on the
back of the card).  This card only supports the UniDisk 3.5.

and Sun Remarketing.
