OOPS,

There was a bug in ASCII.Helper version 1.10.  Actually the same bug was 
in version 1.0.  I forgot to make sure the Standard File tool was 
started.  It almost always is in a desktop program, but thats no exuse 
(although it is the reason I didn't spot the error early) for not checking 
for that in the code. 

Hopefully version 1.11 behaves better.
