info wanted apple serial #'s

Hi,
        Is there any easy way to tell what apple computer model just
by knowing the serial number ? I have a list of surplus equipment, by
lot, with just serial number E5B-1DLT-A2S2064, and monitor 95/96-0230/
(I guess this could be mac ?) I can go out of my way to inspect these,
but since I will be getting these every few weeks, if there was a source
of information I could use to pre-screen I would appriciate it if anyone
who knows where I can find this info would let me know.....
