10MB TXT -> smaller TXT files? Help Please!

I just downloaded a 10MB TXT file, does anyone have a program to split it
up into a few smaller TXT files (say 250k ones).

I have an Apple //GS, so I can use any S16 or BASIC program.
If you can help in anyway, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
