ROM 341-0437-A is the Rev C rom (latest version) of the Apple SCSI
card. This card is the forebearer of the Apple Hi-Speed SCSI card.

Not sure on where you can get the partitioning software. The card
originally came with its own SCSI utilities on a 5.25 disk.
Any good 25X50 centronics SCSI cable will do the trick. Here in the
states I would suggest APS Tech cables.
Couple of things: the Apple Rev C is an unterminated card. If
connecting 1 device, it must be terminated. If connecting more than
one device, both the first and last SCSI device should be terminated
(the first using a flow-through terminator). Also, the Apple Rev C
does not supply termination power. Without proper trmpwr, munged
data will result. The hd might provide sufficient trmpwr for the
SCSI chain. Some do, some do not.
