Interesting.  Several months ago, I made several calls to the LC and 
after determing that there shouldn't be anything wrong with the disk they 
had sent me (Reader Rabbit), I was sent the instruction for installing on 
a HD.  Thought I followed them explicitly, but alas, no go.  Never have 
taken the time to call them back.
