?? File transfer from an Apple IIc to a Mac IIsi

My neighbor has an Apple IIc that she has been using to create term papers,
resumes, etc. The documents were created with a word processor called
"BankStreet Writer". They are all stored on 5.25" floppies.

She would like to transfer these files to an MS-DOS/Windows system. The
word processor that she uses on that system is "AmiPro".

I am trying to figure out how to go about moving the documents for her.
I have a Mac IIsi at home which I can use to assist in the conversion.

The problems I see are:

   - moving the files from 5.25" to 3.5" floppies
I wouldn't mind this step staying with the Apple IIC file system.
Can I use my Mac and Apple File Exchange to read the 3.5" floppies ?
I can use my Mac to put the files onto MS-DOS format floppies.

   - salvage as much of the contents of the documents as possible
(at minimum, salvage the text ; better, recover simple format
information such as paragraphs, headings, etc)
I am not sure about where to begin here. Does anybody have any experienc
with the "BankStreet Writer" product ?

If anybody has any ideas or suggestions on how to go about doing this, will you
please send them to me ?
