Is your floptical terminated? Is your Quantum terminated? ONLY the last
device on the chain should be terminated.

I got a few 0C and 0D errors with my floptical too. Go into the RamFast
Utilities and make sure your floptical is marked as Active. I think that
helps. Also you might want to check for the slow chips that Jawaid
posted about. I just got my RF back from having the faster chips
installed, so I can't say yet if it has improved the floptical problems.
Also, for some reason it seems the floptical is more reliable when you
boot _without_ a floptical disk in the drive. I know it doesn't make
sense, but it seems to help. Give it a try.
