Hard Disk on a //c ??

Does anyone know of a way to add a hard disk drive to an a//c
(other than the old Chinook drive) ??

Someone must have invented a way to connect maybe PC IDE drives (at best)
to the smartport, or even a smartport to SCSI converter? Any info would

be greatly appreciated.
