OK, I said I wasn't going to release a 0.09.  But the bug was easier to
tackle than I thought (a simple TYA fixed it, I think).

There seems to be a minor cosmetic bug with CAT in BASIC.SYSTEM.

The DOS 3.3 "spew" I reported in 0.08 is gone.

Pick-A-Dilly Pair, one of the games giving me grief, appears to work
correctly now.  (And the destruction of the graphic font no longer happens
either.)

Pac-Man and Taxman (which are really the same codebase), and Cubit are now
displaying their messages on the text screen properly.

These are big compatibility improvements, and afaict, all of them have to do
with properly supporting BASCALC (here called MKADR).
